Cassell von Baeyer, Esq.

Cassell is an experienced attorney whose practice focuses on a broad range of real estate and business matters. With decades of experience in both commercial and residential real estate, she advises clients on purchase and sale transactions, commercial development, common-interest community and homeowner association issues, leasing, easements, construction contracts, mechanics liens, land use, and distressed property matters. Her practice also includes the formation and administration of business entities, contract negotiation, licensing agreements, and business and real-property-related transactions.

She is admitted to practice in Nevada (1999), California (1998), and various federal courts. Cassell is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the State Bar of California, and the Washoe County Bar Association.

She earned her J.D. from the University of California, San Francisco, Hastings College of the Law in 1998. Cassell also holds an MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno’s Executive Program, graduating in 2015 with a 4.0 GPA. She received her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in 1994, graduating with Highest Honors and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa.


Stacey F. Herhusky, Esq.

Stacey is a seasoned family law attorney with extensive experience guiding clients through even the most complex domestic matters. Her practice encompasses all areas of family law, including divorce and separation, mediation, child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, paternity, domestic partnerships, and the division of assets and debts. She also assists clients with cohabitation agreements, premarital and postmarital agreements, post-judgment modification and enforcement, restraining orders, adoptions, annulments, grandparent rights, guardianship, and termination of parental rights. Stacey is well-versed in complex family law litigation and provides thoughtful, strategic advocacy tailored to each client’s needs.

She is admitted to practice in Nevada (1994), California (1993), and various federal courts. Stacey is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the State Bar of California, the Washoe County Bar Association, and the Truckee Tahoe Bar Association.

In addition to her legal work, Stacey serves as a Director with the Far West Nordic Ski Education Association and is a member of the Sugar Bowl Ski Team and Academy Board of Trustees, reflecting her strong commitment to community and youth programs.

Stacey earned her J.D. from Whittier College School of Law in 1993 and received her B.A. from Southern Methodist University in 1990.


Chris D. Nichols, Esq.

Chris is a highly experienced attorney with a diverse practice spanning estate planning, bankruptcy, gaming law, real estate, and business transactions. He advises clients on a wide range of real estate matters, including commercial and residential purchases and sales, commercial development, common-interest community and homeowner association issues, leasing, easements, construction contracts, mechanics liens, land use, and distressed property. His practice also includes the formation and administration of business entities, contract negotiation, licensing agreements, and other complex business and real-property matters.

Chris is admitted to practice in Utah (1984), Nevada (1987), and before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the State Bar of Utah.

He earned his J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law in 1984 and received his B.S. from Weber State University in 1981.
