Registered Agent Services

All persons and entities that are required to hold a Nevada state business license are also required under Nevada law to have a registered agent for service of process with a physical location in the State of Nevada.  Incline Law Group is a registered  commercial registered agent with the Secretary of State for the State of Nevada.  In addition to serving as registered agent for hundreds of entities, our registered agent services include assisting client with annual renewals and other statutory requirements for Nevada domestic and/or foreign entities.
